Meet Your Clinician
KYLIE DANFELT, M.S., CCC-SLP (Owner)
Hi! I’m Kylie. I am nationally certified by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) and state certified in Pennsylvania and Maryland. I earned my bachelor’s degree from Bloomsburg University (2017) and my master’s degree from Towson University (2019) . I have worked in public schools in both states for a majority of my career. I also briefly worked at a private practice in Maryland before COVID. I have worked with children ages 18 months to 18 years old. My clinical interests and specialties are articulation disorders, phonological disorders, and childhood language disorders. I also have experience treating fluency disorders and social communication disorders.
Aside from being a speech-language pathologist, I am a wife of a Blueberry farmer and a mother of two boys! I enjoy spontaneous adventures and traveling, especially to warm places, exercising, and being with my family and friends.

You’ll almost always catch me wearing sunglasses on my head. It was hard to find a picture to put in this section without me wearing sunglasses!
I worked at a bowling alley hosting birthday parties for 11 years while going to college and graduate school full time.
How did we get our name? What is our mission?
I am the wife of a blueberry farmer! My husband owns a blueberry farm in Red Lion, PA called Blueberry Hill. I do a lot of his marketing, social media, and have an active role in planning events, hiring, and creating an overall good customer experience. I wanted to create my own private practice as an extension of Blueberry Hill.
As far back as I can remember, I have always wanted to be in private practice. In a similar way that I am creating an enhanced customer experience at Blueberry Hill, I want to carry that over to my private practice and create a new, balanced life for my own family and for the families of my clients. By choosing me as your private practitioner, you are allowing me the flexibility to create an individualized treatment plan for your child and his/her needs with no decisions influenced by another governing body.

Sessions are meant to be fun, motivating, and magical! That’s why we aim to provide play-based, child-led services. We strive to collaborate with families and outside providers/services as needed to empower our clients and to maximize growth and potential.

Consultations & Screenings
A free consultation will include a short phone call or virtual meeting to discuss concerns. A recommendation will be made following the consultation.
The screening will last approximately 20 minutes.
Following the screening, recommendations will be made regarding the need to move forward with a comprehensive evaluation.
The cost of the screening is $20. This is a cash or check payment not available to be paid for by insurance.

Comprehensive Evaluations
A comprehensive evaluation includes using standardized and non-standardized assessments, observations, caregiver interviews/reports, and possible teacher report (if warranted). You will receive a detailed report of results with recommendations (sent via email).

Individualized Therapy
Your child will receive individualized treatment in the areas of need determined during the evaluation. Sessions will include utilization of specialized treatment approaches with regular progress monitoring, and may include parent coaching and home practice.

Virtually or in-person at the clinic. Daycare visits may be available, but are very limited.

We are in-network with Highmark /BCBS, Cigna, and Capital Blue Cross. We do not accept Medicaid/Medical Assistance at this time. Services can also be paid for privately by our clients via credit card, check, or cash. A superbill will be provided upon request which can be submitted to your insurance for potential reimbursement.
Payment is required at the time of services. Point of Service discounts offered for private pay clients.
